401(k) Retirement Plan
Matheson establishes a 401(k) Plan account for each new hire. Unless you elect otherwise, you are automatically set to make a pre-tax contribution of 5% of your gross earnings into your 401(k) account. The Company offers a 401(k) Plan with a variety of investment options to help you plan for your retirement.
