  • The Company offers three Medical Plan options - two PPO plans and one Consumer-Driven Health Plan with a Health Savings Account. 
  • All Medical options include prescription drug coverage at no additional Plan cost.
  • The Plan includes an option to use the mail-order service to receive up to a 90-day supply of your medication.
 
Dental
  • Matheson offers a Dental Plan that helps you pay for preventive, basic and restorative care. You have the freedom to choose any licensed dentist.
 
Vision
  • An enhanced Vision Plan is provided using Vision Service Plan (VSP).
  • The enhanced plan offers an extended network, vision exams, frames and contact lenses.
  • The Plan covers services from any licensed provider.

401(k) Retirement Plan
 
Matheson establishes a 401(k) Plan account for each new hire. Unless you elect otherwise, you are automatically set to make a pre-tax contribution of 5% of your gross earnings into your 401(k) account. The Company offers a 401(k) Plan with a variety of investment options to help you plan for your retirement.
 
Wellness
 
Our Health Rewards program offers discounts on weight and nutrition; fitness; tobacco cessation programs; alternative medicine and healthy products.
 
Employee Assistance Program (This program is available to dependents of all employees.)
